CYNTHIA ELAINE TOLBERT, ESQUIRE

Attorney Tolbert earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Oakwood College. Her broad professional background includes legal practice, community education, and leadership roles across multiple legal sectors—bringing a wealth of experience to her clients’ most important legal moments.
